3. Servo feed is digital alternating current servo motor, high accuracy rolling screw transmission, pre-drawing frame he rigidity is strengthened, the thermal deformation is offset.
4. Barrel-type spindle unit, integral installation, convenient and swift for maintenance.
5. The spindle is disposed with location programmer with accurate pointing and rigid tapping function.
6. Stable and reliable ATC system, can be disposed with swashplate-type tool magazine .
7. Use the imported rolling screw and NSK, SKF, FAG spindle bearing and screw bearing. Using the superior components to ensure the reliability of the machine. The machine are disposed with chip removal and coolant system , and the protection system is designed with the Pro/E software.
